เงื่อนไขในการสั่งซื้อ (Order & Payment Terms)

• 🔹 กรณีสินค้าพร้อมส่ง

• ชำระเงิน 100% ก่อนจัดส่งสินค้า

• 🔹 กรณีลูกค้าเครดิต

• ลูกค้าจัดส่ง ใบสั่งซื้อ (PO)

• แนบ สำเนาหนังสือรับรองบริษัท

• ทางบริษัทจัดส่งสินค้า พร้อมวางบิลและใบส่งของ

• 🔹 กรณีสินค้า Pre-Order / สั่งผลิต

• ชำระเงินมัดจำ 50% เมื่อยืนยันแบบ เพื่อเริ่มดำเนินการผลิต

• ชำระเงินส่วนที่เหลือ 50% ณ วันจัดส่งสินค้า

• (ก่อนสินค้านำออกจากคลังสินค้า / ออฟฟิศ)
  

Order & Payment Terms

• In-stock items: Full payment (100%) required prior to delivery.

• Credit customers: Please submit a Purchase Order (PO) with a copy of company registration. Goods will be delivered with invoice and delivery note.

• Pre-order items: 50% deposit upon design confirmation to proceed, remaining 50% payable on delivery date before goods leave the warehouse/office

เงื่อนไขใบเสนอราคา

• ใบเสนอราคามีอายุ 1 เดือน นับจากวันที่ออกเอกสาร

• กรณีเป็นคำสั่งซื้อระยะยาว หรือสั่งผลิตเป็นหลายงวด

• การยืนราคาจะพิจารณา เป็นรายล็อตการสั่งซื้อ

• แต่ละล็อตการสั่งซื้อจำเป็นต้องมี การชำระเงินมัดจำก่อนดำเนินการ

• โดยใช้เงื่อนไขเดียวกับการสั่งซื้อแบบ Pre-Order

Quotation Terms

• Quotation prices are valid for 1 month from the issue date.

• For long-term or phased orders, pricing will be confirmed per order batch.

• A deposit is required for each batch prior to production, under the same terms as pre-order items.
